Are you living a life you've always wanted? Or, is your life doing great but they're some things you want to improve. In this post I am going to tell you 5 easy steps to live the life you want. This method doesn't work only for careers, use these simple steps to boost your finance, relationships, health, and more.
STEP 1: Find out what you really want.
First, you will have to figure out what you really want deep inside your heart. It's not what your parents want for you or what the society wants for you, is that deep down desire you have been overlooked. If you want a better job, think about what career do you really want and what success means to you. If you want to solve the money problem, think about how much money you really want. Do you want to be a billionaire or just enough money for you to be comfortable? If you want a better love life, think about what kind of relationship you want.
STEP 2: Find a reason why you want this.
Having a strong "why" can motivate you to move on toward your goals. And, the strongest reasons are the reasons that start from yourself. You are making these goals for yourself, what you really want. It's your life afterall.
STEP 3: State the problem.
Since you are not living the life you want right now, there must be something that is stopping you. It is important to figure out what the problems is to make a change. Also, don't be pissed, but this problem is definitely about YOU. So, do not try to make it easier by blaming other people, the era, the government, or the society. All the changes must start within yourself!
STEP 4: Make a new plan or strategy.
If what you are doing right now is not taking you closer to the life you want, it is obvious you need a new plan. This new plan is going to overcome the obstacle you just figure out and get you what you really want. Of course the plan may need some adjustment along the way, so all you need to do is make the first draft. There is no need to stress about this, just write down how you want to do this.
STEP 5: Make the first tiny step.
Enough of thinking and planning, ACTION is what's going to take you to your dream life. To make this step doable, make it as tiny and simple as possible. There is no need to do something great and smart. If the first move you want to do is a bit of a challenge, you may never do it. Think of a simple step so easy you are going to laugh at it. If you want to open an online store, search for different platforms on the internet. If you want to get in touch with old friends, just write down their names. If you want to be an entrepreneur, read an article of how to start your own business. Take a little step every day and keep repeating. You could be much closer to your goal faster than you think. And, they are so easy there's no stress to scare you out.
Take a look at all aspects of you life, is there anything you want to make it better? You want to have a healthier diet? Learn a new language? Have a better relationship with your partner? Just follow these 5 easy steps, take a small action, keep doing more small actions, and have fun during the process. Soon, you will be nailing every part of your life! Good luck!
What do you want to improve in your life?
I am actually quite happy where I am right now. If only my days could have 28 hours so I´d get enough sleep...

I'm kind of following these steps at the moment, but as soon as I have finished with all my uni work I will be putting in so much more effort, these are such great tips!

ReplyDeleteI think I´d have to quit my job for that. Or stop blogging. Both not an option.
